2. The Prizes are offered on a 'NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND', and are not transferable. 
3. Passenger Service Charge (PSC) shall be applicable.

5. Valid ID card must be presented for verification purpose. 
6. We reserve the right to substitute the Prize with other prizes or prizes of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
